Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing our commercial customers' projects while being a coach and mentor for their field crews. This PM should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent reputation with both our internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or 5+ years of commercial electrical management experience

Outstanding interpersonal skill including customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage time and resources

Strong computer skills including Microsoft products with preferred experience in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and estimating software

Manage and be responsible for the project team's work including the field foremen. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.

Create, monitor, and update project schedules and cost breakdowns

Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.

Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment

Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and inspectors

Market Moore's services, and be aware and communicate to the proper individuals of any potential upcoming work

Ensure job site is being kept safe

Perform other duties when asked
