Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role will involve a variety of warehouse duties, including order pulling, order put-away, cleaning, and operating a forklift. The position will be split 50% on a forklift and 50% on the warehouse floor. You will be using a hand scanner for inventory and order management. Key Responsibilities:

Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material to ensure proper inventory management.

Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment at all times.

Use a sit-down forklift for material handling and product movement.

Perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the shift.

Operate a hand scanner for inventory and order processing.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Must Haves:

At least 6 months of recent work experience or relevant school experience.

Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 35 lbs for an 8-hour shift.

Ability to work the entire season with excellent attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

A background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory) is preferred.

Basic product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn new products.

Sit-down Forklift Operator experience is required.

Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and pull for 8 hours a day.

Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to read and understand work orders and instructions.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
