Support Technician - 1st shift in Millsboro, DE

Position Details

Assignment Type: Temp to Direct Hire (with potential to extend or convert)

Location: Millsboro, DE 19966

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour

What You'll Do

Fulfill internal customer orders and prep shipments (domestic & international)

Safely handle dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen

Operate company vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks (certification required)

Sterilize glassware and equipment

Assist with inventory management and SAP data entry

Collaborate on SOP updates and help onboard new team members

Standing 90% of the time

Dress Code: Steel-toe shoes required

What We're Looking For

Education: High School diploma or GED (required)

Experience: 1-2 years in warehouse, production, or customer service preferred

Skills:

Strong attention to detail

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Comfortable with flexible schedules (may include OT, weekends, or holidays)

Leadership qualities and a self-starter mindset

Forklift certification and/or liquid nitrogen handling is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
