What you'll do as an Administrative Assistant

Perform accurate data entry

Be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word)

Process subcontractor invoices

Create billing spreadsheets

Process As-Builts

What you'll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

1 or more years of clerical or data entry experience highly preferred

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

High degree of accuracy and attention to details

Ability to prioritize and organize workload

Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks by the deadlines set

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Customer Service - Be courteous and polite with customers and homeowners

Dependability - Follow instructions, respond to management directions; take responsibility for own actions

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time

Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Complete work in a timely manner; Strive to increase productivity.

Quality - Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality.

Salary Range $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
