Hiring for an Accountant!

Permanent opportunity with a firm!

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Experience with payroll and payroll processing.

Strong skills in reconciliation and accounting.

Ability to use Excel to manipulate data (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables are not required).

Must possess an accounting degree.

Job Description

The primary focus is on performing bank and account reconciliations for small business clients, processing payroll, and assisting with tax work.

Responsibilities

Perform bank and account reconciliations for 118 small business clients (70% of the role).

Process payroll for small business clients using ADP (20% of the role).

Assist the CPA with various tax-related tasks as needed (10% of the role).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with income tax and tax processes.

Ideal for someone returning to the workforce after raising a family.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
