This job is a member of the Flight Training Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
Responsible for analyzing pilot training data, automating MS Excel processes, building predictive models and creating customized dashboards for executive leaders. This job will also provide research and project management support for data analytics, including research, design, implementation and analysis.

Responsible for analyzing data and building and maintaining predictive models that assist in determining current and future resource requirements for the department
Provides project management for resource determination and acquisition within the department
Works cross functionally with various departments to investigate and resolve issues, evaluate proposals, or lead efficiency initiatives
Uses data to develop recommendations on key decisions
Works to identify business opportunities and quantify business impacts
Automates & improves processes, reports, and forecasts
Manipulates, cleans, and analyzes large structured and unstructured data from diverse sources; develops models to drive value for the department
Finds useful relationships between different data domains, with the goal of improving operations
Analyzes data through various statistical methodologies to understand key themes
Conducts analyses and creates reports with key findings, charts and tables summarizing results
Contributes to project deliverables by synthesizing key findings and analysis
Develops and maintains an understanding of industry best practices
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent years of experience
3 years of experience in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations research, Statistics, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
4 years of related experience
Experience in successfully managing a variety of significant cross-functional projects in parallel

Advanced analytical skills
