Materials Handler 1402155 A leading technology company is seeking a Materials Handler. The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and support to professionals and management for any of the following responsibilities: document creation for support organization or external customers, performing delegated administrative responsibilities of service tech role, call management, office automation assistance, remote team support, etc. The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience. Materials Handler Pay and Benefits: Hourly pay: $22/hr Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Loveland, CO 80537 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment Materials Handler Responsibilities: Be part of a team calibrating and maintaining 3458A Digital Multimeters, multifunction calibrators, thermal voltage converters, four terminal pair standards, resistors, shunts, and similar reference and primary level standards. Respond to customer inquiries, and act as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities for customer feedback. Provide Shipping and Logistics team coordination, planning, and assistance as required. Prepare outgoing and incoming shipping, workflow and regulatory documents to internal and external customer orders in compliance to all international requirements. Review, create and edit all work orders to align with current capabilities and policies. Part/Inventory process management including status, inventory control, shipping documents and other administrative requirements. Create and manage all department supplies, parts, equipment, and accessory orders. Coordinate all internal equipment for the appropriate level of calibration performed with appropriate internal or external calibration facilities. Create, revise all internal orders, checklist, and workflow documents. Manage the work-in-progress listings and priorities accordingly. Generate, revise, and track all repair quotations. Manage all order exceptions. Generate, track, and provide status on all outsourced calibration and repair activities. Review outgoing orders to ensure work order and customer compliance. Materials Handler Qualifications: 3+ years of experience. Experience with web-based CSM or order fulfillment software is strongly preferred. Experience in the high-tech/electronic industry is a plus. Part inventory experience is highly desired. Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
