As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in Belcamp, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Front Desk Officer in a manufacturing and industrial setting, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting visitors, and helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will utilize computer or tablet systems to manage access and report any unusual activities. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, fostering a caring culture that prioritizes people and integrity. This position is not armed or driving-related, but CPR/First Aid and a Guard Card/License are preferred qualifications.

Mon05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Tue05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Wed05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Thur05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Fri05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Assist in emergency response activities as needed.

Monitor and control access to the facility, helping to allow only authorized personnel to enter the premises.

Maintain a log of visitors and deliveries, supporting accurate record-keeping.

Communicate with team members and management regarding any security-related incidents or concerns.

Assist in maintaining a secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities or potential threats.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Maryland Security Professional Guard Card required.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

A valid guard card or security license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
