Job Title: PM Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive PM Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including unloading, staging, and stocking kegs, as well as maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, able to handle physical tasks, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in unloading used kegs when trucks arrive.

Stage and stock kegs away in the warehouse.

Stock pallets and locate beer pallets in the refrigerated area using bin numbers.

Lift cases up to 35lbs and maneuver kegs up to 170lbs.

Load and unload shipping trucks.

Use sit-down forklift to move pallets to the shipping area.

Prepare packages for shipping.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized during downtime.

Receive and store raw materials ensuring integrity for use in brewing and packaging beer.

Use WMS systems to scan and transact inventory movements across multiple processes.

Receive, store, and load beer and other materials ensuring integrity for outbound shipments.

Follow established outbound schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Handle, store, and prepare to ship all beer products without damage.

Mark materials with identifying information.

Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant.

Arrange warehouse and cold box in an organized fashion and maintain cleanliness.

Complete and maintain accurate inventory records.

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move items, unload and load trucks safely.

Follow all safety regulations and processes.

Essential Skills

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.

Ability to lift cases up to 50lbs and maneuver kegs up to 170lbs.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to read and write English.

Basic math skills.

Solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.

Previous food and beverage experience preferred.

Forklift experience preferred (will certify on site).

Experience with packaging, pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, and material handling.

Proactive and self-starter attitude.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse environment and requires working in a refrigerated area (35 degrees) when locating products and pulling kegs to palletize.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
