We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for an experienced Sales Manager, to lead and develop our in-home sales team. We desire a motivated, organized, caring individual who has a passion to drive results while developing a high performing environment. This position is a full time inside management position with a monthly performance-based bonus plan and annual discretionary bonus. Responsibilities: Hiring, Training, and Coaching of new Sales Team Members, aka "Designers," with full responsibility for total team size, retention, and turnover Ability to commit and fully implement the company's proven sales model Lead, develop and direct in-home sales team Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings Data and results-driven toward goal achievement Responsible for Monthly Sales Analysis, managing of company's sales KPIs and designer's leads and closing ratios Provide design & pricing assistance, conduct real-time price approvals Ensure Sales/Designers are complying with Sales process and administration, keeping records up to date etc. Supplemental pay @types: Monthly bonus (based on Sales Performance) Annual bonus Requirements: 2 years minimum managing sales teams Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a proven track record Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model Positive attitude toward achievement Great communication, organization, and coordination skills Experience working with clients, excellent customer service skills Retail sales and management are a plus Knowledge and experience working with Windows Office, Word,Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
