Job Title: HR Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time HR Coordinator to help standardize and organize all HR support functions. This role involves various HR tasks, from scheduling and benefits administration to recruiting and onboarding new hires. The position offers potential for long-term growth and additional responsibilities in payroll, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to schedules

Administer vacation policies and procedures

Answer questions regarding employee benefits

Recruit and conduct interviews

Onboard new hires

Perform safety and compliance tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of HR experience

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to ask questions and create SOPs/procedures

Work Environment

The work environment is onsite in an office setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
