Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Franklin, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment, handling various customer service tasks, email correspondences, and data entry tasks in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Accurately process customer credit applications

Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

Ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound calls

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other administrative tasks

Direct calls and take messages as required

Schedule appointments in an organized manner

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed

Ensure high-quality call center customer service

Handle order entry tasks promptly and accurately. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls, providing efficient and courteous customer service.

Experience working in a call center environment, dealing with a high volume of calls.

Strong data entry skills, with attention to accuracy and speed.

Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, using these tools to track, analyze and report customer service data.

Experience in order entry, processing customer orders accurately and timely.

Ability to schedule appointments, effectively managing a busy calendar. TalentMatch®
