Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Outpatient Clinic in Monroe, NC. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Monroe, NC

Pay Rate (Local): $58 - $60 Per Hour (Based on experience)

Total Travel Package: $2,606.00/week

Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package

Taxable Wages = $1,360.00/week

Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week

Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Schedule:

Day Shift, 40 hours per week

8:00am - 5:00pm

M-F No Weekends or Holidays

Duration:

13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
