Job Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards
Creating and managing a construction schedule
Organizing and documenting of daily operations and paperwork
Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules and overseeing the bidding processes
Reviewing blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work
Provide updates to the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
Update internal and client software management systems throughout all phases of the project
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role, preferably in commercial projects
Experience in day-to-day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor
Capability of creating and managing a construction schedule
Understanding of contractual drawings and project scope
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Travel for role is required
