Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Administrative report, the executive administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning and administrative support for the Administration office.

What qualifications you will need:

Knowledge of computer systems, typing skills of 80 wpm, organizational skills that are well developed, above average communication skills, and the ability to handle a high level of stress are required; skill in a hospital setting is preferred.

Previous executive assistant experience of at least 2 years is preferred.

High School Graduate / GED
