Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Lackawanna, New York. The role primarily involves processing client requests, maintaining precise client records, and addressing client inquiries. You will also be accountable for monitoring client accounts and initiating appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

Handle data entry tasks and maintain precise records

Correspond via email with clients and team members

Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Manage correspondence and scheduling via Microsoft Outlook

Create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word

Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook

Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls, handling both inbound and outbound calls with detail orientation

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively respond to inquiries and complaints

Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with email correspondence, managing communications in a timely and detail-oriented manner

Ability to schedule appointments, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
