As Global Clinical Marketing Director for CT you will be responsible for generating clinical evidence and outcomes to promote our CT solutions and building our clinical messaging to support the introduction of CT innovations. You will also lead communication and collaboration across our network of regional clinical leaders to share best practices and clinical evidence. You will be also instrumental in bringing Voice of Customers within our innovation process.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and manage global image galleries for new product introductions, ensuring high-quality, clinically relevant image sets are available for marketing, education, and sales enablement.
Establish a structured process for regular updates to product image galleries, working closely with regional teams to incorporate the latest clinical cases.
Develop and maintain a centralized global demo image database for the CT portfolio, ensuring it represents the best clinical cases across regions to showcase GE Healthcare's CT solutions effectively.
Define best practices for clinical image acquisition, selection, and usage to ensure consistency and quality across marketing and sales materials.
Manage access and distribution of the clinical image database across global regions and conduct training sessions for regional demonstrators.
Lead clinical demonstrations and presentations for customer visits at headquarters or Model Experience (ME) sites, ensuring compelling storytelling that highlights clinical benefits.
Partner with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and academic institutions to expand the clinical image repository and enhance credibility through real-world cases.
Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and collaborate with global product and clinical marketers to build a clinical evidence generation plan and shape the clinical messaging for CT and applications NPIs.
Define clinical messaging strategies and work closely with marketing teams to translate complex clinical concepts into compelling marketing assets.
Work with research teams to identify scientific publications and clinical papers relevant for marketing use and develop engaging infographics and summaries.
Perform competitive intelligence analysis on clinical imaging trends, evaluating competitors' clinical positioning and image quality to build competitive arguments for sales teams.
Support regional application teams in the successful adoption and integration of new CT products and applications into customer workflows.
Provide clinical marketing support for regional events, workshops, and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Collaborate with regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure clinical content complies with industry regulations and guidelines.
Engage with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, test new ideas, and provide feedback for product development initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Radiological Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of healthcare-related commercial experience in clinical sales, marketing, or product management.
Strong CT technical and clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of image quality and clinical workflow.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, and global team environment.
Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management with hospitals, radiologists, and technologists.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% globally.
Desired Characteristics:
Certification in Radiologic Technology or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
Advanced expertise in Computed Tomography technology, applications, and clinical use cases.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills , capable of translating clinical data into compelling marketing narratives.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies based on clinical evidence.
Experience working with DICOM image management systems and post-processing tools.
Proven track record of success in imaging, radiology, or healthcare capital equipment marketing and commercialization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting clinical marketing content in different regions.
Strong data analysis skills to assess image quality trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
