Job Title: Project Construction Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/ On-site Manager to manage tenant fit-out projects, coordinate office furniture, and work with architects and construction companies. This role will be primarily based at a major client's headquarters in Woonsocket and will involve overseeing various projects on their behalf.

Responsibilities

Manage office furniture, including new installations, decommissioning, and reconfigurations.

Coordinate tenant fit-out projects with office furniture dealerships to ensure space optimization.

Maintain and manage contractor relationships for construction projects.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 years of experience in construction or facilities management.

Strong project coordination skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Facilities, or Business Management.

Experience in specifications, furniture planning, and move management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma with three to five years of experience in the commercial furniture industry or related field.

Basic computer skills, including the use of devices such as an iPad.

Interpersonal skills, professionalism, motivation, and the ability to work with urgency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bristol, Rhode Island.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Pannello is a small company out of RI but they will be reporting directly to the CVS office everyday in Woonsocket.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Woonsocket,RI.
