Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be processing credit card transactions and maintaining our AP invoice/requisition system. You will also engage with multiple departments and credit card holders, requiring clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Handle the import and review of numerous departmental credit card transactions each month, ensuring correct backup documentation and precise coding.

Play a supportive role in the maintenance of our AP invoice/requisition system, collaborating with senior team members.

Engage in interdepartmental communication and support, interacting with all departments and numerous credit card holders.

Demonstrate respect and compassion in client interactions, particularly with those experiencing homelessness, mental health crises, and extreme poverty.

Manage account reconciliation and invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microix for data entry and other tasks.

Oversee company credit card charges, credit card reconciliation, and credit card statements.

Handle check runs and coding invoices with attention to detail.

Be responsible for expense allocation, expense management, and expense reimbursements.

Complete monthly expense reports accurately and timely. Requirements - Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

Demonstrated ability to perform Check Runs and Code Invoices

Strong Data Entry skills

Familiarity with Invoice Processing

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microix

Experience with managing Company Credit Card

Knowledge in handling Credit Card Charges and Credit Card Reconciliation

Ability to examine Credit Card Statements and manage Credit Cards

Experience in completing Expense Reports

Knowledge of Expense Allocation and Expense Management

Proficiency in handling Expense Reimbursements

Experience in managing Monthly Expenses
