About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Finance Manager, to support our Fulfillment center Operations and Reverse supply chain for Sam's Club. This individual will be responsible for business partnering with Supply chain and Finance leaders to deliver annual Operating plans, leading and valuating strategic initiatives and closely monitoring FCs and eCom Returns performance vs AOP and LY, in addition to flash risk and opportunities for the business and developing insightful analyses to driver Operational behavior and Expenses control. The successful candidate will act as a co-pilot to the cross-functional matrix team, driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
Produce compelling insights into business expectations as plans are developed and strategic direction is discussed and by providing financial advice to Supply chain partners to enable decision making
Leverage tools, systems and reports to drive actionable insights across the business
Build relationships across the organization to drive collaborative communication, strategic alignment, and clear project management
Operate with excellence in driving the company strategy forward, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement Supply chain strategies that support business objectives
Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support leadership on key strategic decisions.
Develop and deliver financial reporting to senior leadership on key performance metrics, budget versus actuals, and forecast projections - MBR
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities
What You'll Bring
Strong Storytelling and Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Strategic mindset and Problem solving and being comfortable with ambiguity
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
Experience with Onestream, SAP, PowerBI, and BigQuery
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
