We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Care Business Development Representative to spearhead our lead generation efforts and establish strong referral partnerships in the Alexandria, VA community. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences. Daily activities will include face-to-face marketing visits, community-based demonstrations and presenting professional in-services. This is an outside sales role for a professional who thrives in networking, building relationships, and closing deals in the at-home senior care industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive Lead Generation & Sales Growth - Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term customers, meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas. Establish & Maintain Referral Relationships - Build trusted partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctors' offices, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and home health agencies to generate referrals. Engage with Local Businesses & Networking Groups - Actively connect with financial planners, elder law attorneys, chambers of commerce, civic organizations, and community networking events to create new business opportunities. Develop & Implement Sales Strategies - Execute outreach campaigns, in-person visits, cold calls, and presentations to expand brand awareness and drive new client acquisitions. Track & Report Sales Activity - Maintain detailed records in a CRM system, track referrals, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Educate the Community - Represent the company at senior expos, health fairs, professional networking events, and educational workshops to spread awareness about our services. Collaborate with the Care Team - Work closely with our care coordinators and leadership team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service excellence. What We're Looking For (Knowledge & Skills Required): Proven sales experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or a related industry. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals, business leaders, and community organizations. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and persistent in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Ability to manage a full sales pipeline-prospecting, outreach, closing, and follow-up. Excellent verbal and written communication skills-capable of delivering compelling presentations. Comfortable with in-person networking, cold calling, and attending community events. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing a plus! Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (this is a field-based role). Why Join Us?
