Pay Rate: $1,971 weekly

Radius Rule: 60-mile radius applies

Qualification and Requirements:

An active, current (OR) State License or reciprocation if applicable

Authorized to work in the United States

2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

American Heart Association BLS

EPIC

Additional certifications may be required
