Looking for an Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant in the Miami Fl area! This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow in your career! Must have some exposure working with invoices. This role will move quickly!Job Description

The candidate will process invoices in the ERP system and manage day-to-day office duties. As this is a smaller office, the candidate may also need to perform various clerical tasks to assist the team.

Responsibilities

Enter invoices into the general ledger and ensure subcontractor insurance compliance.

Process statements and ensure timely invoice processing.

Handle general office duties, including accounts payable, invoice processing, and purchase order management.

Utilize Excel for data entry and invoicing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
