Creative Marketing Specialist **Remote or Hybrid (Iowa, Minnesota or South Dakota preferred, must be within driving distance to our corporate office in Edgerton, MN) Are you a creative content wizard with a flair for marketing trends, social media, and graphic design? Stick to our core processes to keep things smooth and consistent. Create and design eye-catching content for marketing campaigns across multiple divisions. Keep our online branding and communications fresh and engaging. Stay on top of the marketing calendar to ensure timely completion of tasks. Nurture Leads like a boss. What We're Looking For: Professional, Creative, Goal-Driven, Reliable, Stable, Accountable Multi-Tasker, Deadline-Driven, Successful, Knowledgeable Curious, Energetic, Positive, Self-Driven, Collaborative Engaged, Artistic, Storyteller, Writer, Attention to Detail Sociable, Outgoing, Friendly, Engaging, Upbeat Must have: Minimum 2-Year Degree (preferably in Marketing or Advertising), or 5-7 years of experience in a creative marketing role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Social Media Platforms. Graphic design, photography, and videography experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of current marketing trends, landscape, tools and strategies.
