We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for:

A Manufacturing Operations Analyst supports design, analysis, test and production operations for marine vessels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for manufacturing accompanied with exceptional communication skills, great attitude, be a result-oriented team player, and a great problem-solver.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze manufacturing operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Utilize Power BI and Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for management review.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational excellence.

Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Utilize data analysis and statistical techniques to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

Use scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera to track updates to our production sequence

Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer science, or other related fields. Qualifications:

2-6 years of experience in an analytics role.

Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Possess effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Applicants are expected to have the ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

Experience working with MRP/ERP systems is recommended. Oracle experience preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. How We Care
