DescriptionAcara Solutions is seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our client in Amherst, NY! Location: Amherst, NY (Onsite with schedule flexibility between 8 AM - 5 PM) Pay: Up to $25/hour Duration: 6 to 8 weeks Key Responsibilities:Assist with filing, processing, and organizing paper and electronic documents.Review and manage the accounting inbox, sorting and filing 700+ emails.Support AP and AR functions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.Provide administrative support across accounting, purchasing, logistics, and customer service departments.Perform general office tasks and assist with any additional administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:Prior accounting experience required.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Self-starter who takes direction well, asks questions, and stays engaged.Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments.
