Rober Half is partnering up with an organization in Oceanside who is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join their accounting team. Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring alignment with GAAP and company policies.

Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and journal entries.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, preparing accurate reports and documentation.

Handle tax filings, fixed asset tracking, and other recurring accounting tasks to support the finance team.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a medium- to large-sized organization.

Proficiency with advanced Excel functions and accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to deadlines.
