Summary This position is organizationally located at the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service, Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU), Supai Health Clinic, Division of Nursing, Supai, AZ. The position serves as the Supervisory Nurse for the Outpatient Nursing Services providing direct supervision of the Ambulatory Care Clinic that provides nursing care/services. Coordinates patient care activities and support activities to assure smooth facility operation to include nursing rounds to evaluate patient care needs, staffing, safety, and environmental factors. Functions as the Supervisory Clinical Nurse with responsibility for provision of nursing care on the unit, operational planning and implementation of nursing services, talent acquisition, retention and performance management.
