Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system.

Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.

Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Promote and sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and work areas.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent shopping experience.

Experience in cash handling, retail sales, or similar environments is preferred.

Proficiency with cash registers and POS systems.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.

Strong selling skills to promote products effectively.

Attention to detail in stocking merchandise and processing transactions.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
