Job Title: Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products with precision and efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met. While experience using micrometers and calipers is a plus, it is not required. We value candidates with a strong background in manufacturing or production and a proven track record of tenure with previous employers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience with micrometers and calipers is advantageous but not mandatory.

Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
