Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced banking leader to join the Finance Data Office and Transformation.

This newly created role will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Risk Oversight groups to help drive the evolution of data centric processes supporting Regulatory Compliance, Data Strategy evolution, Strategic Decisioning, and the overall progression of Data as an Asset principle. This leadership role will focus on the broader advancement of a variety of risk discipline programs (Liquidity, Capital, Interest Rate Risk) from the data management perspective.

This leader will need the ability to assimilate business or regulatory requirements and integrate them into operational outcomes. The ability to collaborate and prioritize effectively will be central to the success in this role. This role will be instrumental in supporting the advancement of key Regulatory initiatives in tandem with an immerging Financial Data Strategy.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Risk & Compliance: Liquidity Risk Management (LCR, NSFR), FR 2052a, Reg. YY Data & Analytics: SQL, Oracle SQL/PL, Snowflake Reporting & Automation experience: (Development, Dashboarding/Power BI) Process Optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration

Comfortable presenting and working with senior leaders

Ability to articulate a vision that supports outcomes, value, and prioritization of work

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hub schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00
