Job Summary: MOR PPM Inc. seeks an accounting/finance intern for the summer of 2025. The estimated duration is approximately 8 weeks.
Job Title: Accounting/Finance Intern (Summer)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
During this internship the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to see and participate in all aspects of the accounting cycle, including but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable: Managing a company's outstanding customer debts, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation, while maintaining accurate records and fostering strong customer relationships.
Accounts Payable: Managing a company's payments and expenses, including processing invoices, verifying payments, and reconciling accounts.
General Accounting: Maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, including tasks like bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Traits:
Rising Sophomore or Junior year pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
Must have full range of motion consistent with age
Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
