Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have organizational, customer service and computer skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $18.70

What's the Job?

Provides administrative and clerical support and assitance to the President, Chief of Staff, and other office staff.

Facilitates communications within the office and the College by anticipating, planning and following up on administrative matters.

Assist with compiling reports, including weekly and monthly activities.

Responsible for maintaining office document tracking system.

Other job duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

At least three (3) years of work experience in a professional work setting required.
