Reporting to the Phoenix Store Manager, this position provides direct support for both the Phoenix Store operations and oversees all aspects of the Phoenix Club food service operations. This position will also provide back-up support for on-campus events. This position includes the following responsibilities: Supervises, trains, and/or directs daily operations of staff and a retail facility to adhere to established standards Audits and maintains retail inventory and completes orders for new products when necessary Provides, monitors, and evaluates customer service of retail staff and engages guests by providing information and resolving customer issues and concerns Operates and monitors cash handling equipment and related functions; and performs routine financial management activities Campus Event Support TO ENSURE CONSIDERATION: Please submit application materials by Sunday, April 20, 2025.
