Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. You will work with 480V / 3-phase motors, conveyors, presses, brazing equipment, roll form machines, CNC benders, and Fanuc robots. The role also includes limited PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, MIG welding, and general facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.

Work with 480V / 3-phase motors, conveyors, presses, brazing equipment, roll form machines, CNC benders, and Fanuc robots.

Focus on hydraulic/pneumatic systems, which make up 70% of the equipment.

Spend 75% of the day troubleshooting and 25% performing preventative maintenance.

Perform limited PLC troubleshooting with Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi systems.

Engage in fabrication, MIG welding, and general facilities maintenance, including tasks like drywall repair, changing light bulbs, and fixing toilets.

Essential Skills

Industrial maintenance experience (entry-level considered).

Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Understanding of Ladder Logic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate's degree in maintenance or an equivalent degree.

Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
