Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in Aurora, IL. These Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs are Temp-to-Hire opportunities!

Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs require candidates to process, verify and post receipts for goods sold or services rendered all within a manufacturing environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $20.19 per hour.

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:

· Researching and resolving account discrepancies.

· Processing and recording transactions.

· Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.

· Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete.

· Working with the collections departments to review accounts, client payments, credit history and develop new or better repayment terms.

· Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs:

· 1-3 years minimum experienced in a high-volume environment.

· Bachelor's degree required.

Pay Details: $20.19 per hour
