TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Scheduler in the Randallstown area!

MUST HAVE: Any medical scheduling experience, OR High Volume of calls experience!

Description

Scheduler role which includes patient scheduling, transferring calls, and emergency overhead paging. They will be monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs. At other locations they will be answering and transferring calls to different depts. They will also be required to follow-up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient. HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS, need to be prepared for that.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

DO NOT need healthcare, open to anyone with strong call center/phone exp/recept/switchboard/tel operator

If they have healthcare scheduling in any fashion it would be a PLUS

Must have excellent phone skills and computer skills

Must have excellent customer service

Must be flexible with the shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
