Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in LINE LEXINGTON, Pennsylvania. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, answering inbound calls, and maintaining customer service standards. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain high-quality customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues

Accurately process data entries and maintain client records

Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

Schedule appointments and manage meeting logistics

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks

Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and swiftly

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Continually update and maintain accurate record keeping. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a detail-oriented demeanor.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities.

Strong skills in email correspondence, with emphasis on clear and concise communication.

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables.

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, and formatting documents.
