We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the legal industry, located in Clarence and Buffalo, New York. The role involves a diverse range of administrative tasks and requires a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. The position is based in the office and involves working in a business casual environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and handle inbound and outbound calls

Draft legal documents using dictation with high attention to detail

Effectively manage client intake process

Answer phones professionally and courteously

Process incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner

Maintain and manage client files accurately

Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks

Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Requirements - Proven ability in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Significant experience in providing customer service, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Strong skills in email correspondence, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally

Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, displaying excellent multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management

Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create and edit presentations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills TalentMatch®
