Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated general production workers to join our team. Our company specializes in injection molding for various industries, including appliances, automotive, and electronics. You will primarily be involved in manufacturing refrigerator parts for our main customer.

Responsibilities

Pull parts off large presses.

Assemble small pieces.

Work on various machines simultaneously.

Perform light industrial work (up to 15 lbs).

Stand and move for 8-10 hours a day.

Ensure correct number of parts and specific parts are stacked per pallet (e.g., 15 per pallet).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Manufacturing experience.

General labor experience.

Assembly skills.

ERP knowledge.

Inventory management.

Palletizing.

Warehouse experience.

Packing and RF scanner use.

Loading and inspection.

Packaging skills.

Cleanroom experience.

Machine operation.

Hand tool proficiency.

GMP knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of relatable experience.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day.

Availability to work weekends when needed.

Experience in jobs requiring prolonged standing (e.g., cooks, servers, laborers).

Work Environment

Our large warehouse environment can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is a very fast-paced setting due to high demands. We have 20-30 operators on each shift. The dress code is laid-back: appropriate T-shirts or long sleeves, closed-toe shoes, jeans (no strings, no holes, clean), and shorts in the summer. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm M-F, 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm M-F, 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Sun-Thurs. Candidates must be open to working one weekend day a week for overtime.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
