Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Bonus: Performance-based potential of 10%

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join growing team. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership across the organization, particularly in new growth areas. This position requires a balance of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, making a meaningful impact on company culture, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Employee Relations: Handle HR complaints, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and support performance management and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management: Lead the year-end performance review process to drive employee development and engagement.

Training & Development: Assist in designing and implementing a companywide training program to enhance workforce skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-location, or high-growth environment.

Passion for building inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.

Ability to set HR strategy while also executing key initiatives.

Strong expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are a plus.
