Join the V Team Life.What you'll be doing...We are looking for a dynamic graphic artist to create engaging content for employees that drives sales performance. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing impeccable attention to detail. If you can align to a strategic direction and create meaningful content, all while adhering to meticulous brand guidelines, we'd like to meet you.What you'll be doing:Designing and implementing advanced visual effects and motion graphics for video and multimedia projectsUsing tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar software to create animations, composting, and dynamic visual enhancementsCollaborating on storyboarding and conceptualization of VFX-heavy contentPlanning, shooting, and delivering high-quality video and photo content for various projects and partners, including internal marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablementOperating and maintaining professional camera, lighting, and audio equipmentScouting locations and ensuring optimal setups for capturing visual contentWorking closely with videographers and editors to integrate graphic design and VFX elements seamlessly into contentAssisting in editing videos to ensure brand consistency and elevate production quality with motion graphics, transitions and special effectsOptimizing projects for various platforms and formatsEditing videos and photos to create polished, engaging deliverables that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectationsApplying advanced visual effects and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar softwarePerforming color grading, sound design, and other enhancements to achieve professional-level workWorking closely with stakeholders and leaders to conceptualize and execute ideas that bring stories to lifeContributing to brainstorming sessions, providing visual direction and technical insightsAdapting to feedback and ensuring outputs meet creative goalsDesigning compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and communicationsCreating cohesive content that adheres to brand guidelinesIn this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)What we're looking for...You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines, where different challenges arise. You have a foundational knowledge and understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. You stay up to date on the latest equipment, software,e and industry trends.
