The Digital Product Content Coordinator will be responsible for deploying product content and new product launches across all e-commerce accounts for Zippo and W.R. Case. Primary responsibilities will involve new product uploads, ensuring content on corporate websites and key accounts stays up-to-date and relevant, creating additional product content pages (A+ pages), and assisting with website optimization improvements.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Set up new item data loads for launch on all ecommerce websites for both Zippo and Case (Amazon, zippo.com, caseknives.com, Wayfair, Optics Planet, GovX, eBay, etc.).

Coordinate all online product launches.

Produce SEO-rich product copy for digital channels that is attractive and engaging to target customers

Compile and maintain all aspects of product merchandising including titles, descriptions, attributes, digital assets, and search terms. Ensure proper images and text are used and products are categorized in a way to maximize sales and searchability.

Maintain master files of all account information and ensure information is regularly updated.

Coordinate the development and proper licensing approvals of new product launches.

Help to identify applications and tools to improve site performance.

Clean vendor catalog in Amazon to ensure correct product information and codes are being displayed.

Monitor Google Analytics site performance for corporate websites and identify consumer behavior trends and opportunities for site improvements.

Assist with the maintenance of corporate websites.

Update all inventory loads for key accounts and monitor product availability.

Help create web exclusive products to be sold on zippo.com or other accounts.

Provide out of stock reports to customers if needed.

Provide back-up on order entry and purchase order confirmations.

Work closely with sales, marketing, art department, new product development, fulfillment, and other departments as required by specific projects.

Coordinate and schedule meetings as necessary.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree, or equivalent experience, in Communications, Marketing, Business, or IT

Knowledge and experience with HTML/XHTML/CSS

E-commerce experience

Knowledge of Photoshop

Knowledge of Google Analytics

Knowledge of SEO copywriting

Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Knowledge of AX operating system a plus

This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA
