Responsibilities:

Managing an assigned book of commercial business, including new and renewal applications, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Responding to client inquiries, addressing service requests, and resolving issues.

Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks.

Assisting clients with the claims process, including documentation and communication with insurance companies.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Identifying potential new business opportunities and marketing new service offerings.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Effectively communicating with clients, agents, and insurance companies to resolve issues and provide updates.

Maintaining accurate and complete records of client interactions, policy changes, and claims.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Ability to analyze coverage needs and identify potential gaps in coverage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Ability to identify and resolve client issues efficiently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems (AMS).
