We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team as an Automotive Diagnostic Customer Care Specialist. This role involves assisting customers with vehicle-related diagnostic issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with service and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities {#key-responsibilities data-start="675" end="705"}

Respond to customer queries regarding vehicle performance, warning lights, error codes, and diagnostic issues.

Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps over phone, chat, or email.

Record customer-reported issues and escalate complex cases to the technical/diagnostic team.

Coordinate with service centers to schedule diagnostic checks and repairs.

Maintain detailed logs of diagnostic cases in CRM or service management systems.

Educate customers about preventive maintenance, service intervals, and diagnostic reports.

Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are met.

Stay updated on automotive diagnostic tools, OBD systems, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills {#qualifications-skills data-start="1437" end="1470"}

Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Prior experience in automotive service, diagnostics, or technical support.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, OBD-II codes, and diagnostic processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers in simple terms.

Proficiency in CRM, diagnostic software, and MS Office.

Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
