FOOD SERVICE HELPER: WYOMING COUNTY COMMUNITY HEALTH SYSTEM

HOURS: All shifts as assigned - Part-time

SALARY: $19.40 - $21.44 per hour

LOCATION: Wyoming County Community Health System 400 North Main Street, Warsaw, New York 14569

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This is routine manual work performed under supervision in connection with the preparation and service of food. On occasion food service helpers may perform cooking duties involving lesser degrees of skill than regularly required of employees in the position of Cook. Assists in the preparation and service of food and in the cleaning of kitchen equipment; lifts 2040-pound cases of meat, milk, and canned foods; carries and lifts heavy pans of food in/out of ovens and onto serving counters; does related work as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: None is required. It is preferred that candidates have experience assisting in a restaurant or hotel dining room, or performing general domestic work.
