This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities.

Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing multi-line phone systems effectively.

Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.

Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing guest interactions effectively.
