Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms.

Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.

Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach.

Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals.

Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms.

Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar).

Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic).

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy.
