School for International Training seeks an Associate Director to join the University Relations team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and management oversight for a team of University Relations Managers to drive enrollment growth across a portfolio of institutional partners. This role supports the development of meaningful partnerships with U.S. colleges and universities, and mission-driven organizations to drive enrollment in SIT\'s study abroad and graduate programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced strategic and collaborative team leader who combines a target-driven mindset with a relationship-oriented approach. You bring a thoughtful, data-informed perspective to guiding a team, and identifying institutional growth opportunities. As Associate Director, you will work closely with University Relations leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans that drive enrollment growth, support team performance, and enhance the organization\'s institutional reach and impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of geographically diverse University Relations Managers, providing coaching in consultative sales, relationship management and professional development support.

Manage team performance by driving accountability and accurate reporting toward enrollment targets and other critical performance metrics.

Oversee territory and account planning, budget compliance, and partnership agreements ensuring team alignment with organizational priorities, enrollment targets, and regional opportunities.

Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other data analytics platforms to evaluate team performance, assess engagement, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with leadership to increase student enrollment on SIT study abroad programs and graduate programs.

Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key institutional partners, serving as a senior contact, supporting the University Relations Manager, for complex accounts and initiatives.

Represent SIT at professional conferences and events, and high-level meetings, strengthening visibility and institutional alignment.

Lead or support US, international site visits, regional events and campus programming as needed.
