What you'll be doing:

Serving as a main point of contact for OEM customers, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Managing order entry, tracking, and fulfillment with accuracy using ERP systems and customer portals

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to support product availability, lead times, and smooth order flow

Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through

Monitoring key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Contributing to continuous improvement by following best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency

Performing other duties as assigned

WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. Requirements

What we are looking for:

High school diploma (required)

4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or other relevant field (preferred)

In lieu of 4-year degree, 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)

2+ years Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook (required)

1+ years Supply Chain Experience (preferred)

1+ years MRP experience (preferred)
